Hello, this is a new blog. Today, I want to talk to you about new sexual health resolutions for 2026. Hence, my first question is how many of you actually created sexual health resolutions for the new year? If I had to guess, I would say not many, because it’s not something that one typically thinks about. Sure, you create the resolutions about going to the gym and eating healthy, but one rarely thinks about incorporating their sexual health into their New Year’s resolutions. I’m here to say I think you should start.
So when it comes to sexual health resolutions, people typically talk about increasing their sexual pleasure, having more fun, and making changes to the locations where they have sex (i.e., their bedroom). I say let’s stretch this out a bit.
For starters, let’s talk about trying something you have always wanted to. It could be something with your partner or by yourself, but it’s still been on the back burner, so I say move it to the front. Maybe you wanted to try swinging or S&M or something else, whatever that may be. I’m here to say, think about it, and as long as no one else gets hurt, and it is legal in your state, go for it.
Secondly, you can update your stash of sex toys. As we both know, those toys can burn out over time and take up space in your drawer. My suggestion is for you to toss them out and look for newer models of that toy. Also, while you are sex toy shopping, you may come across something else that you want to try, so you can also add that to your Amazon checkout cart—a word of warning: Just like everything else, sex toys are more expensive than they used to be.
Finally, make an appointment to see your doctor. Yes, I know that is not sexy at all, but being physically healthy is related to being sexually healthy. Also, to take it a step further, being mentally healthy is just as important as being physically healthy, because everything is interconnected. Don’t forget the biggest sexual organ in the body is the brain. So, in closing, what are you going to add to your sexual resolution list for 2026?
