Good day, everybody. Dr. Nick here with a new blog post for you on June 6th 2026. This is the final installment of the Lick Series podcast, and I wanted to really end it on a high note. So, today I want to talk to you about the infamous G-Spot. Now, for many people out there, the G Spot does not exist, but from my own personal experience, I can say that it does exist, and if stimulated correctly, it can take your lady to the next level of sexual pleasure. So, let’s talk about this today.
The Gräfenberg spot is a sensitive erogenous zone located about one to three inches inside the vagina, on the anterior wall. Most people describe this area inside the vagina as feeling slightly spongy or like a slightly rough patch of tissue, similar to the texture of the roof of your mouth or an orange peel. How do you stimulate it?
Since not every woman has a G Spot and everyone’s anatomy can be slightly different, you need to have patience, be relaxed, and plenty of natural or additional lubrication to avoid causing pain. You can use one or two fingers with the palm facing upwards and inserting them into the vagina and curving your fingers to create a “come here” motion against the anterior wall of the vagina. If you want to get fancy, G-spot stimulation can be enhanced when combined with external clitoral stimulation. Be sure to pay attention to how your partner responds because too much pressure or scratching the G Spot can be uncomfortable or even painful.
When stimulated correctly, G-Spot orgasms have been described as extremely powerful orgasms. For some women, just the stimulation of the G-Spot can lead to female ejaculation, also known as “squirting,” which is the release of fluids from the Skene’s gland.
To close out this blog, let me say this. Many women out there do not have a G-Spot, and you should not try to pressure them into squirting or having a G-Spot orgasm because, due to biology, they do not have a G-Spot. What’s interesting is that millions of people do not believe in the G-Spot. So let me ask you, do you think the G-Spot is real? Please feel free to leave a comment down below. Thank you so much for reading. Take care and have a great day, Dr. Nick.
